Roti Jala with Chicken Curry

Here' is a recipe I tried last year. Roti Jala with Chicken Curry. Don't know what Roti Jala is....well if I translate it directly....it's  called Net Bread in English. But I guess Net Crepes sounds better. I can't remember where I got this recipe because it's been a long time since I made this and I forgot to write down the recipe.

Super easy to make. Except that you will need the mold to make the crepes. And of course some practice... :D. The mold looks like the picture below. I bought it in Jusco....I think it's still available and very cheap. Or maybe you can make your own.
