Spiced black-eyed beans & mushrooms

Black-eyed beans has many health benefits, especially it is high in fiber. Spiced black-eyed beans & mushrooms is a new dish I tried and it taste good with white rice. You can have it with chapati or any bread. Another way is to toast them with bread toaster, put the filling into white bread or wholemeal bread. Just don't forget to put in the cheddar cheese, cause it tastes super good when it's cheezy. 😉


It's a very simple dish that you can make on weekdays, so no outside food for my family. I try my very best to avoid outside food except when I'm really exhausted and back home late. Mushrooms and black-eyed beans are the main ingredients. Happy Cooking #Homecookedfood
