When you are so hungry and craving to bite on something, fry some sweet potato for tea. I love this snack.
On Sundays, when I'm starting to have the sick called Monday Blues, this snack really helps to heal it. Just switch on the television, watch your favourite movie and savour these mouth watering fried sweet potatoes. And forget about the Monday Blues.
There are so many recipes you can get on the net. Just mix flour, butter, sugar and salt, turn in into batter. Dip the sweet potatoes in the batter and deep fry them. So delicious. Thinking of it makes me feel so hungry now.... so time for late tea...! =)
